Wadadli Cargo will be officially renamed Island Cargo. The name change is a new development after using the name Wadadli for the previous 18 months. The CEO, J. Michael Johnson had the following to say about the matter:
"We are excited to release our new brand, Island Cargo. Wadadli Cargo started with a purpose and passion to improve the air cargo situation in Antigua the home country of our founders and their family. What quickly became clear was the entire region has a need for a better air cargo solution. So, as part of expanding our market, we changed our name to not focus on only Antigua but the entire Caribbean and we decided to go with Island Cargo. We look forward to serve the entire Caribbean with daily and two-day service from the US"
